It’s all interrelated balancing your employee will balance your business, here both employee and employer should together prioritize the customers. The success of your company lies in your buyers and you would not have sales or profits without them there is no business at all. So, to success, you have to prioritize them, and that needs to get beyond standard customer support. One of the greatest ways to build a truly customer-centric culture is to motivate each employee to be a customer champion regardless of his team or work. If you are developing a customer-focused culture, you can rest assured that regardless of which employee a customer interacts with, they will be treated as priorities.:v:t3:

Completely agree with Prabhashini. For the company to flourish as a whole it certainly requires to be in the good book of the customers. For the company to achieve this status it requires the contribution from all employees without compromise. And in order to obtain the loyalty of the employees and their effective performance they must be motivated at every possible level so that they feel like working for their own company. Finally this is a vicious circle that everyone have their own importance
