Elon Musk Delivers 1,000 Ventilators to California Hospitals to Treat COVID-19 Patients

Tesla’s CEO, Elon Musk had initially been skeptical about the extent of coronavirus outbreak. Thankfully, he’s since changed his mind and donated more than 1,000 ventilators to California hospitals to help in the midst of the pandemic.

Musk tweeted last week that he would help get 1,255 ventilators from China and send them by airmail to Los Angeles.

He continued, "They arrived in Los Angeles, and Elon Musk is already working with the hospital association and others to get those ventilators out in real-time.

Musk had already tweeted a few hints about the project last week where he said “We’re working on ventilators, even though I think there will not be a shortage by the time we can make enough to matter.” .Read More
