What are the things to be done for training a staff effectively on telehealth?

In addition to many others who have on-site meetings with providers, telemedicine services can be a blessing for patients living in rural areas. If this is implemented in one hand, the staff should be trained in other hand. I would like to know some basic telehealth training guidelines

  • Arrange the software vendor practice.

  • Build a “energy user” list of practical FAQs.

  • Include all applicable workers in the practice.

  • Encourage employees to “run the drill” and check the process.

  • Do screening with family and friends.
