Quality control is essential when dealing with pharmaceuticals. You are literally putting a combination of chemicals to alter your body for the desired effect. Some of the chemicals used to make medications can potentially cause life altering effects to a person and can become fatal is not properly fabricated. Mostly companies do fallow quality.

Quality Control is an essential function of the Pharmaceutical industry. Drug manufacturers must thoroughly test materials, processes, equipment, techniques, environments and personnel in order to ensure their final products are consistent, safe, effective and predictable.
